In the event any customer decides to cancel his or her payment made via the online payment portal, there will be a service charge of 3% of the premiums paid in order to facilitate the cancellation requests. The 3% service charge will be deducted firstly then the remaining balance will be refunded to the customer. All cancellation requests shall be done within 30 days of purchase of policy. Any cancellation request made after the 30 days period will attract a service charge of 25% of the premiums paid. All refundable monies will be refunded to the customer no less than 30 days from the initial request for cancellation.
